As you know I am a super fan of anything that is natural. The purer the better for me but now in my 50s and a vegetarian for the vast majority of my life (40 years) I found I needed just a little helping hand for my skin, my bones and my general well being. On a daily basis I use Spiruline & Maca mixed (love this for heart health & vitality), Lithotamn for my bones health & strength and Asthaxanthin for skin health & cellular renewal. As a cure every now and then I use Chlorella for a good detox & Klamath if in need of recovery & pick me up after a fall & then if I have done a lot of exercise or had a hard horse riding session I take Elixir of Spiruline which is a wonderful way to get right back on track.

Comme vous le savez je suis fan des produits naturels. Le plus pure le mieux c’est. Mais maintenant dans la cinquantaine et après 40 ans d’alimentation végétarienne je me trouve avec un petit besoin de plus. De temps en temps en cure je prends Chlorella pour un detox naturel et Klamath si j’ai besoin d’une petite remède suite à une cute ou en récupération. Finalement si j’ai fait beaucoup de sport chose qui m’arrive souvent je prends l’Elixir de Spiruline qui est juste extra pour te remettre sur les rails.
